If you know the item number of an item that you wish to order and prefer not to browse the catalog you can click on 'E-Z Order Blank' and enter items directly into the shopping cart for checkout. If you prefer to browse the catalog select a category from the menu along the left side of the screen.

When you find a product that you are interested in, you can either click on 'View' next to the product image to see the detail about the product, or click on 'Buy' to directly add it to your shopping cart.
If you chose to view the product and you wish to buy, click on the 'Add to Cart' button and it will be added to your shopping basket.
If you choose not to buy the product, click on the back button and you will be returned to the category listing page.

If you have never shopped at US Toys' online store before, you will be registered during the checkout process. When you fill out the bill to and ship to address you will also be asked for your email address and to set a password. After you have completed this page and click on proceed with checkout you will automatically be registered with our website and will not be asked to enter your login (email address) and password unless your browser is setup not to accept cookies.

While you are in the shopping cart, you may change the quantity of any of the items by changing the number in the text box and clicking on 'Update My Cart'.
If you wish to remove an item, just click on the 'Remove Item' button corresponding to the item you wish to remove.

Repeat the previous three steps until you have found all the items you wish to purchase.

When you are finished shopping, click on the the 'Checkout' button on any of the pages and you will be taken to the shipping page.
Fill in all of the required information.
If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, make sure there is a check in the checkbox at the top of the shipping address form.
Once everything is satisfactory, click on the 'Total' button.

Now check over the total cost of your order.
If everything is satisfactory, fill out the credit card information and click on the 'checkout' button this will take you to a review page for you to review the content of your order. After reviewing your order click on Submit Order. This will do the final processing of your order and an order confirmation will appear.

When the order confirmation appears, be sure to write down your receipt number because this is how your order will be referenced from now on.
An automatic e-mail copy of your receipt will also be sent to you with 2 days also confirming your order. However, we recommend you print your web page receipt for your records. If you forget to print your receipt page and would like to find out what you order was you can click on My Order History under Need More Information? in the left column menu bar. This will take you to an order history for the last 90 days. However, if you would like updated status you will either need to call our customer service toll free at 1-800-448-7830 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday or email orders@ustoyco.com. Be sure to include your confirmation number to make finding your order status easier.
