Any item that does not meet with your approval may be returned for refund or exchange. Constructive Playthings is not responsible for incorrect spelling of personalized items due to customer error. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-448-7830 for a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and procedures. An RMA number is required to get credit for the return. Additional information on returning an item is provided on the back of the shipping invoice. Remember an RMA is still required to return any merchandise.
