If the state to which the merchandise is being shipped is either CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MO, NC, NJ, PA, SD, and TX we are required to collect sales tax as we have facilities in those states or is required by state law.
If you are a Sales Tax Exempt Institution, we can process the order without the sales tax providing your first order is sent to us by Fax or Mail along with a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate sent at that time.

Subsequent orders placed on-line will still reflect the sales tax when processed by our website. When we process the order into our main database the tax will be removed if your account has been set up as tax exempt.
